Alexandria offers a document management platform that integrates images and searchable document information, providing a means for managing and maintaining digital files. In response to client demand we at CCH Workflow Solutions have produced Alexandria as a cost effective component of an end-to-end solution for our clients who may not be interested in a hosted ASP archive.
Search & Retrieve Documentation
Alexandria incorporates an intuitive user interface with a search panel and panes for the display of images and document related data. Documents including forms, invoices and historical client files.
Using Alexandria, documentation can be easily searched via a number of search titles including document name or title, or by using specific keywords. Additionally, Alexandria has built in functionality enabling hard copy print, data export and the ability to define user accounts to restrict access to sensitive documents such as those containing personal data or confidential business information.
Archive New & Existing Documentation
Alexandria forms part of the CCH Image Workflow platform. As such, all data and images obtained through CCH OCR/ICR technologies can be seamlessly transferred into this cost effective and efficient archiving tool. Alexandria is also capable of serving as an independent archiving solution for already existing images and data, allowing for portability and platform independence.
Scalable System
The system can be implemented either in standalone mode on an individual desk top computer or in multi–user mode across the internal user network.
High Level Security
For clients with stringent security policies and provisions, Alexandria provides a solution contained entirely within the clients designated network. No data need be stored offsite, or any potentially non-secure public internet connections used for the purpose of retrieval.
Each Alexandria user is issued with an individual log on and password to ensure complete control of access to the system and it's contents.
